July 2: David Campbell, ENG dean, named provost ad interim
College of Engineering Dean David Campbell was named provost ad interim Tuesday, filling the position vacated by former provost Dennis Berkey on April 29.
June 28: Counseling and Wellness Center will shut down July 9
Boston University’s Counseling and Wellness Center will close on July 9 in an effort to improve the handling of mental health issues on campus, Dean of Students Kenneth Elmore said Friday, June 25.
June 24: Student Union President Deon Provost resigns
Student Union President Deon Provost resigned Tuesday for unforeseen personal reasons, in a move that leaves Vice President Jon Marker assuming Provost’s presidential responsibility. When asked, Provost declined to discuss his reasons, saying he would prefer to keep them private.
