Neil Hlavaty has made quite a few debuts in the past month. The freshman men’s soccer midfielder made his collegiate soccer debut, his Nickerson Field debut and his America East debut in the debut month of his debut semester. And now, Hlavaty makes his Athlete of the Month debut in the debut of the newest DFP Sports tradition.
Hailing from Lombard, Ill., Hlavaty has made his presence on the pitch known since he first set cleat on Nickerson Field.
The 5-foot, 10-inch freshman has two goals and two assists for a team-leading six points. And with 11 shots, No. 4 sports a shot percentage of .182.
