Off the Post

Terriers clip Eagles in 16-12 home win
If there was any lingering bitterness following the Terriers’ season-ending loss to Boston College in the NCAA men’s hockey regional last Saturday, the BU women’s lacrosse team did its best to erase it. None of the sourness haunting Jack Parker’s squad in Worcester found its way onto Nickerson Field yesterday, as the other nationally-ranked team in town stormed back from an 8-7 halftime deficit, riding a record-tying performance from Jenny Hauser, to a convincing 16-12 win.
