MARBLE: Violent games under fire
I just finished playing some Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Man, I love that game. There’s something about it that makes me want to put down my controller, pick up the AK-47 I have lying around my dorm, go out onto Commonwealth Avenue and start shooting. I’m not serious, obviously.

City Crime Logs
The following reports were taken from Allston-Brighton’s District 14 crime logs from Oct. 23 to Oct. 30. Four officers witnessed a violent fight in progress on Kelton Street in Allston at 12:45 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 29. When the officers arrived at the scene, they observed a 24-year-old man punching a 20-year-old victim in the face repeatedly.
ENG students get real-world look as seniors
Every year, the College of Engineering challenges its seniors to apply four years of study toward developing a project that meets the needs of real-world clients. Each of the college’s four departments — aerospace and mechanical, biomedical, electrical and computer (ECE) and manufacturing — has its own project requirements.

Gubernatorial Green-Rainbow Party candidate Grace Ross chided Boston University administrators at City Hall last night for not contracting a certified company to transport hazardous substances to and from its Level 4 Biosafety Laboratory, which includes Ebola, the Marburg virus and anthrax.
