Men’s Basketball Falls to St. John’s in OT

The Boston University men’s basketball team lost in overtime to St. John’s University, 45-44, tonight at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Terriers’ center Omari Peterkin, who led BU in scoring with nine points, missed a last-second shot six feet from the basket that would have put the Terriers on top in overtime.

BU (3-7) will play St. Joseph’s University tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. in the consolation game of the Holiday Festival at MSG.
