Activist group trespasses on BU property
Boston University officials are encouraging students to contact police if trespassers on private property harass them, following an incident last week when political activists disrupted a class to push their agenda in front of more than 300 students. The incident marks the third time members from the LaRouche Youth Movement, a group supporting the anti-Bush Administration views of Lyndon LaRouche, have trespassed on BU property, said BU Police Department Sergeant Jack St.

Raffo’s resurgence sparks Terriers during conference play
Junior guard and tri-captain of the Boston University women’s basketball team, Cheri Raffo had a rough start to this season. Raffo didn’t miss any starts, just as she hasn’t her entire career at BU, but everyone could tell she wasn’t 100 percent after undergoing off-season knee surgery.
Lohr leads BU to first win
After a tough 7-0 shutout loss Saturday night to Brown University, the Boston University men’s tennis team went back to business, grabbing their first victory of 2007 against the University of Montrea on Sunday, 4-3, in a contest that came down to the final match.
Wrestling splits intense weekend of dual meets
The Boston University wrestling team closed out the month of January this past weekend with a 5-5 record after dropping bookend contests to Drexel University and Rutgers University, while getting decisive back-to-back wins against New York University and Delaware State University on Saturday morning.
