BU Academy student dies at retreat
A sophomore at the Boston University Academy died of unknown causes after collapsing at a school-sponsored retreat Wednesday night. Haley Morrill, 15, had just finished dinner at Camp Wing in Duxbury with her schoolmates when she collapsed and stopped breathing, said BU spokesman Colin Riley.

Seniors are supposed to be leaders. They are supposed to keep their team doing what it needs to do. And they are supposed to produce. Pam Spuehler most certainly does all that.
Back on home turf
Duke University is known for basketball. Simple as that. But Sunday, the field hockey version of the Blue Devils will take on No. 14 Boston University on Boston College’s field. Before BU’s much-anticipated bout with No. 15 Duke, it will take on a difficult University of New Hampshire (6-4) team today at Jack Barry Field.

After another painful shutout loss at the hands of the Yale Bulldogs on Wednesday night, a game against the University of Vermont might be just what the doctor ordered.
UMass has been a house of horrors for the Terriers
Dating back to 2001, the Boston University men’s soccer team holds a 4-2-1 series advantage over University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Going into a weekend that will see the Terriers travel to UMass for just the third time in seven years, the marginal record bodes well for a team desperately looking to find its stride just a week before conference play starts.
