On behalf of WTBU, we were happy to see the coverage of Boston University’s annual Dance Marathon on the front page of The Daily Free Press’s website this morning. However, we were shocked to discover that WTBU’s involvement, in deejaying the whole event, was missing from the article entirely (‘Marathon dancers raise $28K for pediatric AIDS relief,’ March 30). The event was a great success, and we were more than thrilled to be a part of it, but it is somewhat disappointing to not be recognized in the coverage of the fundraiser. The Free Press mentions numerous student groups in the article, and the lack of any recognition of WTBU amounts to an error in the thoroughness of the paper’s coverage of Dance Marathon.
