The Boston University Student Union passed a proposal last night that seeks to improve the perception of BU graduates’ grades.

Officers responded to a call about a shoplifter at a Stop & Shop on 60 Everett St. in Allston at 1:16 p.m. March 25. Upon arrival, officers spoke to a loss prevention officer on site who saw someone take $49.14 worth of merchandise and leave without paying.
Council discusses bike-share
Boston City Councilors discussed plans for a new city program at a public hearing Monday night that would potentially provide intra-Boston commuters with a transportation system of shared bike stations throughout the city.
Survey sparks talk of illegal immigrants’ college rights
More than 200 colleges in America knowingly admit illegal immigrants to their programs, they said in a recent survey, providing mixed responses.
