Egypt opens U.S. door to Middle East, ambassador says
U.S.- Egypt relations must continue to be strengthened now and always, Egyptian Ambassador to the United States Sameh Shoukry said Wednesday evening in Boston.

Wild Beasts create a rich, darker effort with Two Dancers
Wild Beasts, a British band signed to Domino, has been getting a lot of buzz lately about its recent album Two Dancers, especially for its two singers’ distinctive and trained voices: Hayden Thorpe’s falsetto and Tom Fleming’s tenor. They played a show at the Great Scott in Allston last night, and The MUSE had the chance to ask the drummer, Chris Talbot, a few questions via email.
Scorsese gets creepy in Shutter Island
Many have compared Martin Scorsese’s current predilection for casting Leonardo DiCaprio in his films to his previous collaborations with Robert De Niro. Scorsese and De Niro’s collaborations &-&- Taxi Driver, Raging Bull and the underrated King of Comedy &-&- were essentially character studies; portraits of a single person whom De Niro portrayed with varying degrees of psychosis. Yet there is a marked difference between those older films and Scorsese’s new work with DiCaprio, including Gangs of New York, The Aviator, The Departed and the duo’s latest, Shutter Island.
