Dear Editor, I am not sending this letter in hopes that it is printed. I am sending it in hopes that your staff will include recent student accomplishments in your publication. This past weekend, BU Women’s Crew participated in an international event called Crash B’s at the Reggie Lewis Track and Field House. Three of BU’s rowers were in the top ten and one of them, Kari Oversvee, finished first. The other two rowers in the top ten were Frederica Garnier and Katherine Haimes. In addition, the BU Mock Trials team won first place at a regional tournament in Princeton, NJ. I believe they competed against Brown, Georgetown, Princeton, and Harvard. This win enables them to compete in a national tournament held in Des Moines, Iowa in April. We should be proud of all of our students successes and publish them. Thank you. Linda Duncombe
