In a news story Tuesday (‘RIAA case will not stream online,’ page 1), it was incorrectly stated that the RIAA could not be reached for comment, despite multiple phone calls due to a reporting error. The RIAA could not be reached for comment. It was also incorrectly stated that the RIAA is suing Joel Tenenbaum. Sony BMG is the plaintiff and is suing Tenenbaum.
