The following reports were taken from the Boston University Police Department crime logs from Sept. 3 to Sept. 9.
Boston Police received reports at 1:57 p.m. Sept. 7 of a male party walking around in a hospital gown around the Fuller Building at 808 Commonwealth Ave.
BUPD officers responded to the scene, but could not locate the party.
Ghostly Altercation
BUPD received a report at 2:24 a.m. Sept. 3 of two parties arguing on the street outside 46 Mountfort St.
Officers responded to the scene, but could not find locate the parties.
Drive-By
BUPD received reports at 3:02 p.m. Sept. 7 of passengers in a white van throwing bottles out the window, striking pedestrians in their legs around Danielsen Hall at 512 Beacon St.
Officers could not locate the vehicle.
Street Bowling
BUPD received a report at 12:41 a.m. Sept. 9 of five parties knocking over garbage cans and newspaper stands at 631 Commonwealth Ave.
The officers had the parties pick up everything they knocked over and issued them a warning.
Railroad crossing
BUPD received reports at 4:17 p.m. Sept. 3 about parties on railroad tracks behind the Track and Tennis Center at 100 Ashford St.
Officers reported one of the parties on the railroad tracks was in possession of marijuana and was issued a court summons.
Dashing Daredevil
BUPD received a report at 3:34 p.m. Sept. 4 about a male party running into Myles Standish Hall at 610 Beacon St. without proper identification.
The suspect left the building before officers arrived on the scene.
Broken Lock
A Resident Assistant reported the front door lock at 852 Beacon St. was broken at 7:53 p.m. Sept. 4.
BUPD officers reported the lock appeared to have come loose as a result of normal usage. Facilities Management was notified to make a repair.
Stolen Cash
BUPD received a report at 9:39 p.m. Sept. 4 of a person observing a party going through a backpack at the Fitness and Recreation Center at 915 Commonwealth Ave.
BUPD determined the backpack did not belong to the party. The actual owner later reported cash was stolen from the bag.
Illegal Possession
BUPD officers received reports at 10:21 p.m. Sept. 4 of several minors in possession of alcohol at Warren Towers, 700 Commonwealth Ave.
Officers approached the party and issued court summons to the party.
Bar Fight
BUPD officers responded to reports of two parties fighting at 2:12 a.m. Sept. 5 at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Deerfield Street.
Officers restored peace to the area and issued a judicial referral to each of the parties who were fighting.
Walk of Fame
BUPD received reports at 7:09 p.m. Sept. 6 of a white van filming and interviewing people on the street around 785 Commonwealth Ave. The van was causing extensive delays on Commonwealth Avenue.
Officers removed the van from the area and issued a warning to the driver and passengers.
Doubt the Midas Touch
BUPD received reports at 2:51 a.m. Sept. 7 of a person throwing items on to the roof of the Midas Muffler retailer at 963 Commonwealth Ave.
Officers went to the scene, but could not locate the party.
Allergic Reaction
BUPD received a report at 8:35 a.m. Sept. 7 of a female party who was having an allergic reaction to a spider bite. Her face was swollen and she had difficulty breathing.
The victim was rushed to Beth Israel Hospital.
Undercover Arrest
At 7:22 p.m. Sept. 7, a BUPD plainclothes officer observed an underage party carrying a case of beer at 1019 Commonwealth Ave.
After questioning the party, it was confirmed that the party was under 21 years of age.
The party was placed under arrest and transported to the station for booking.
Drug Possession
At 8:59 p.m. Sept. 7, BUPD officers observed a male party smoking what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette at 273 Babcock St.
The party was stopped by BUPD officers. Upon further questioning and investigation, the officers discovered a bag of leafy green substance on the suspect.
The party was placed under arrest for possession of a Class D substance and transported to the station for booking.
Robbery
A party flagged down a BUPD officer at 1:07 a.m. Sept. 8 to report being jumped and robbed by three white men at the corner of Carlton and Essex Streets.
BUPD officers located the three suspects a short time later and placed them under arrest for unarmed robbery.
The parties were transported to the station for booking by Brookline Police.
Trespass
At 1:53 a.m. Sept. 8, a BUPD officer observed a party trespassing at Warren Towers at 700 Commonwealth Ave.
The party had been previously warned by BUPD for trespassing on university property.
The officer placed the party under arrest and transported the party to the station for booking.
Wrong Way
A caller reported at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 8 two male parties stealing signs from the parking lot at 730 Commonwealth Ave.
The officers observed the parties with the signs and placed them under arrest for larceny.
Both parties received a $250 fine.
Illegal Distribution
BUPD plainclothes officers observed a male party at 8:18 p.m. Sept. 8 entering the liquor store at 50 St. Mary’s St. and exiting a short while later with a large amount of beer.
The party then met with two other male parties who then took the beer and put it into their duffle bag.
Officers stopped the parties and discovered the second two parties were underage.
The purveyor was placed under arrest for procuring alcohol for a minor and the other two parties were placed under arrest for being minors in possession of alcohol.
