After the candidates for governor squared off in yet another debate this week, we here at the ol’ Free Press mulled over what positions the candidates would take on issues affecting the BU campus.
Deval Patrick would support the responsible spending of all of our tuition dollars to renovate the GSU. Again.
Charlie Baker would say he’s prepared to coach the BU hockey team because he ran his son’s pee-wee squad so well.
Tim Cahill would start campaigning for next year’s Greek Slate.
Patrick would remind you that although the basketball team didn’t make the NCAA tournament, it did win a game in the CBI. And that’s something, isn’t it?
Baker would complain about the excessive number of immigrant students on campus.
Jill Stein wouldn’t take up any issue because she would be too busy hanging out with the hipsters in front of CFA.
And all of the candidates would want to address the growing budget crisis of The Daily Free Press.
