Certainly you dont think for a minute that those law makers want that in the Bill! It could happen to ’em.The law-makers Always have sympathy for the POOR SOCIAL drinker, who at times has a B.A.C.of .15 or better/ or a Winchester, Repeat offender,spend time in prison,and Damned little for those of us who suffered losses to these “HIGHWAY TERRORISTS”.
