The following were taken from the Boston Police Department’s District 14 (Allston-Brighton) crime logs for the week of Sept. 28 through Oct. 5.
A deliveryman for Red Sauce Pizza was robbed at gunpoint at 8:51 p.m. on Oct. 5 while making a delivery to 16 Sutherland Road, according to police reports.
Two black males between the ages of 18 and 20, one 5 feet 6 inches tall and the other 6 feet 1 inch, both wearing black baseball caps, black stocking masks and black baggy pants, stopped the deliveryman and held a gun to his face, police said.
According to police, the suspects had placed an order from a pay phone outside 2002 Beacon St., claiming to be students who had not yet had their phone installed. The suspects fled on foot toward Commonwealth Avenue, police said, taking $110 belonging to Red Sauce Pizza and $300 from the deliveryman’s wallet.
PEDESTRIAN STRUCK
A 16-year-old female pedestrian was struck by a 1999 Cadillac on Cambridge Street at 3:22 p.m. on Oct. 2.
According to police records, the Cadillac’s driver, William Rodriguez, of Brookline, said he was heading west on Cambridge Street when the pedestrian stepped into the street from the sidewalk. The victim hit the car’s hood and windshield, Rodriguez told police.
The victim was unresponsive on the scene and was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital where doctors found she had cranial bleeding, police said.
ALCOHOL VIOLATIONS
District 14 police issued criminal complaints against three Boston College students for being minors in possession of alcohol at 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 3.
According to police records, police witnessed the three males emptying two 30-packs of Busch Light beer into their backpacks in the alley behind the Brookline Liquor Mart at 1354 Commonwealth Ave. Police asked the three students Christopher Macios, 19, Philip Keefer, 18, and Frederick McDanald, 18 for proof of age. All three admitted they were under 21, but said they had not purchased the beer. Police seized 60 cans of Busch Light as evidence.
PUBLIC DRINKING
Officers arrested Harvard University student Nathan Picarsic, 19, of Cambridge, in the area of Brighton Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue on charges of drinking in public and being a minor in possession of alcohol. At 12:46 a.m. on Oct. 4, according to District 14 records, police witnessed Picarsic drinking from an open container when he crossed the street in front of them. Officers confronted Picarsic, who dropped a Pabst Blue Ribbon can on the ground and was arrested after police learned he was underage.
LICENSE VIOLATION
District 14 police cited Reservoir Wine and Spirits at 1922 Beacon St., on Oct. 1 for a license violation. According to police, the store allowed Brian Y. Kim, 19, to purchase alcohol using an Alabama driver’s license that belonged to his brother.
Police stopped Kim and a companion, 18-year-old Casey Foster, after they observed Kim and Foster leaving the liquor store and placing alcohol into backpacks. Kim showed his brother’s ID, then admitted he was underage.
Police and the suspects returned to the store, where manager Altaf Hossain confirmed he had sold alcohol to Kim without asking for a back-up ID, and had allowed Kim to purchase alcohol with that ID in the past. Police issued a citation for Reservoir Wine and Spirits and sought criminal complaints against Kim and Foster.
