Two Robbed At Knifepoint

Police reported two people were robbed at knifepoint near Wentworth College last night.

Though Boston Police spokesman Cliff Connolly could not confirm the age or gender of either victim, early reports suggested the victims were accosted by three men around 8:30 p.m. last night at 550 Huntington Ave., near Wentworth College.

Connolly said the report was unconfirmed and no other information would be known until an incident report is filed today, including whether or not the victims were Wentworth College students.

The suspects were described as wearing dark clothing, and one was believed to have been carrying a black MassComm backpack. Despite initial reports that the incident occurred at gunpoint, Connolly said he believed only a knife was involved.

Connolly said he wasn’t aware of any arrests relating to the incident.
