BUPD reports sexual assault in StuVi 2

The Boston University Police Department responded to a report of sexual assault early Sunday, according to an alert message sent to students at 12:59 p.m.

According to the message, an unknown male suspect entered the female student’s room in 33 Harry Agganis Way, or StuVi 2, at approximately 2 a.m. and sexually assaulted her. He fled the area and his location is currently unknown.

“It’s currently under investigation and all available information went out to the alert.” BUPD Sergeant Larry Cuzzi said. “I have no other information at this time.”

The suspect was described by the female student as a college-age white male with brown hair and a medium build. The student reported he was wearing a dark-colored long sleeve button down shirt and down vest.
