Campus Crime Logs: Sept. 20 – Sept. 22

The following reports were taken from the Boston University Police Department crime logs from Sept. 20 – Sept. 22.

Suspicious person reported at Danielsen Hall

BUPD received a report on Sept. 20 at 8:23 p.m. of a homeless male at the 531 Beacon St. residence stating he was going to kill someone that night. The Boston Police Department was also on the scene.

Backpacks left unattended in George Sherman Union

BUPD was alerted of a man removing items from multiple unattended backpacks inside 775 Commonwealth Ave. on Sept. 21 at 8:52 a.m. Officers searched the area to no avail.

Tree blocking Buswell Street

BUPD received a report on Sept. 21 at 1:55 p.m. of a tree blocking the road in front of a residence on Buswell Street. BU Facilities Management and Planning were notified.

Excessive doorbell ringing leads to well-being check in Allston

BUPD received a report on Friday at 3:29 a.m. of someone ringing a doorbell for 15 minutes at the 66 Egmont St. residence. The caller was concerned and requested a well-being check. Brookline Police Department was notified.
