City crime logs: March 28 – April 1

The following reports were taken from the Boston Police Department crime logs between March 28–April 1.

Missing person report

At around 9:15 p.m. on March 29, police responded to a call for a missing person. The reporting party noted the missing person consistently leaves the residence. Eventually, the missing person returned home. The person denied medical attention.

Taser found in bag

On Monday at around 10 a.m., a Boston School Police officer recovered a taser from someone’s bag at a Boston Public School. No further weapons were found after an officer conducted a pat frisk. The suspect will be charged with possession of a dangerous weapon.

Cocaine possession

At 3:10 p.m. on March 28, police stopped a vehicle and conducted a pat frisk of the operator. An officer found a hard object in the operator’s jacket pocket, which the operator said was “drugs.” The operator then said there were more drugs in the car, and a drug press plastic bag was found that contained bags of cocaine.
