To the Editor:
I am writing in response to Tuesday’s “Letter to the Editor” from Christina Goyanes (1/15/02) entitled “Women’s Studies shackled.” As Director of the Women’s Studies Program, I would like to say that we do not consider our program “shackled” or “frustrated.” We are excited about the support of Women’s Studies at Boston University, and welcome all interested students, male and female, to stop by our office, which is newly located at 704 Commonwealth Avenue, Suite 101, to get to know us and learn about our projects.
