Budget Cuts

Silber, only weeks into his new Presidency, noted in the Sunday Globe that unproductive faculty “fat” needs to be cut to improve our bottom line. Perhaps some of that fat is in Silber’s own $700,000 salary, the highest of any college president in the Boston area.
