With all this name calling, I urge everyone to try to be open-minded. People are protesting this war for many different reasons: some don’t want Iraqis to die, some don’t want Americans to die, some are Veterans and don’t want people to experience what they did, some are pro-peace/non-violence by religion, some are pacifists, some want to overthrow the capitalist system, some dislike Bush, some feel federal money should be spent domestically instead of on the war, some disagree with U.S. foreign policy in other nations, some are anarchists, and some are just peace-lovin’ hippies. And some have many more, countless other reasons. So please don’t generalize, assume or stereotype.
