Dear Editor,
The headline of the article “Gay marriage legalized” by John Tozzi, is not only misleading, it is not factual. The MA Supreme Court struck down a law which banned same sex marriages because they ruled that the law was unconstitutional. The court did not write new law, as Mr. Tozzi alleges. That will be the responsibility of the MA legislature.
