The Director of the Photonics Center at BU, Dr Donald Fraser is retiring the end of January 06. As one of the historicaly significant participants in the development and success of the US Space Program and NASA’s manned flight, it is my hope that this man does not depart BU without public recognition of his extraordinary achievements for the space program and Boston University for the past twelve years.
