On behalf of the Boston University women’s basketball team, we would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported us throughout this season. After falling a game short in our conference championship, the fan support we received for our WNIT game was above and beyond what we could have imagined.
We would like to give a very special thank you to the BU band, the dance team, the cheerleaders and the BU faculty and staff that attended our first-round WNIT game at Case Gymnasium and traveled to our second-round game at Boston College. The BU community created an exciting atmosphere for all our games throughout the season, and especially in postseason play. We are extremely grateful. Thanks to the entire BU community, we will forever remember this season.
