Cleaned Out

The following reports were taken from the Boston University Police Department crime logs from Feb. 18 to Feb. 23.

A BU student was taking a shower in the Fitness and Recreation Center at 3 p.m. Feb 18 when her NorthFace jacket, sunglasses, gloves and earrings were stolen from the locker room bench, she reported.

TAKE FIVE

A caller reported the theft of five sweaters and 20 T-shirts from an office at 604 Commonwealth Ave. at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 18.

I WANT TO RIDE MY BICYCLE . . . OH WAIT

A caller reported a person trying to cut a bike lock near the Radio Shack at 730 Commonwealth Ave. at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 20. The suspect fled the scene when police arrived.

LOST BUT NOT FOUND

BUPD responded to call from a person who reported his GPS device missing from his car on Feb. 21. The car was parked at the Psychology building on Cummington Street.

STOP THE MUSIC

A BU student reported their iPod missing at 5 p.m. on Feb. 19. He said he left the iPod unattended while working out at the FitRec.
