Three apartments at 72 Gardner St. were burglarized Wednesday afternoon, the Boston Police Department confirmed.
Police received three separate calls yesterday from the apartment’s residents claiming that they had returned home to find pried locks on their front doors and personal items missing, said BPD spokesman James Kenneally. The building is home to several Boston University students.
Police have no suspect description.
Kenneally urged residents of the area to be aware of people they let inside their building, and that they should secure valuables.
