City Crime Logs: Nov. 2-5

The following crime reports were taken from the Boston Police Department crime logs from Nov. 2–5.

Credit card embezzlement

A former employee at Boston Volvo had been making unauthorized transactions on the company’s credit card for the last three to four years, totaling $150,000 to $160,000. Officers responded to the larceny report at 11:29 a.m. Friday at 61 North Beacon St., Brighton.

Death investigation

Police responded to a call for a cardiac arrest in progress at 10 Long Ave. in Allston Monday. The victim was pronounced non-viable at 2:56 a.m.

Burglary in Brighton

An officer responded to a report of breaking and entering at 82 Academy Hill Road in Brighton at 5:56 p.m. on Monday. Victims could not account for multiple checkbooks and four watches — two of which had a combined value of $2,500. There was no sign of forced entry.
