The Boston University women’s ice hockey team locked up the program’s first ever season sweep of the University of Maine when it followed a 5-2 win Saturday with a 5-1 victory Sunday at Maine’s Alfond Arena.
Swimming teams sink Dartmouth over weekend
The Boston University men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams continued their impressive seasons Sunday, when both squads defeated Dartmouth College. The men kept their unbeaten season alive, improving to 7-0 with a 159-130 victory. Meanwhile, the women defeated the Big Green, 166.5-125.5, to advance their record to 8-1.
BU hosts Hartford with top spot up for grabs
First place and control of the America East conference will be determined tonight when the Boston University women’s basketball team plays host to the University of Hartford at 7 p.m. at Case Gymnasium.
