A sexual assault occurred in Warren Towers during the early morning hours of Sunday, according to an emergency alert sent to the student body the same evening.
The reported assault, which happened in BU’s largest student dorm, was reported to the Boston University Police Department Sunday at around 3 p.m.
The suspect is unknown, and no description is currently available, according to the alert.
BUPD officers are actively investigating the case.
