As the 2006-2007 Student Union Executive Board, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves yet again. For three weeks of campaigning, we traveled around campus sharing our vision for Boston University. The issues and themes brought forth during the campaign season will be the cornerstone of our actions this coming year. We are excited to work with you and the administration. It’s time to make a real difference and we would like to thank you for giving us this opportunity.

The four of us bring experience, enthusiasm and respect to the Student Union. We all have strong working relationships with students, faculty and administrators across campus. We are committed to continuing current Union initiatives as well as developing new ideas for the BU community. We welcome ideas, constructive criticism and participation from all members of the student body.

We are a team and we are constantly looking for more players. The Union is only as strong as its members. We hope you join us next year at Student Union meetings and events. As students, we have vested interest in the policies, procedures and ultimately, the improvement of Boston University. Together, it’s sure to be a successful, productive year!

Summer vacation is quickly approaching and we are already starting on next year’s projects. These next few weeks will be filled with meeting student groups and administrators to start forging the relationships necessary to have a productive year. We are here for you as advocates, representatives and friends, and hope you will work with us to reach our goals for Boston University.
