In a staff editorial on Monday (‘Keep students in the loop,’ April 27) it was incorrectly stated that the Boston University emergency alert system was not used to keep Warren Tower residents up to date on the electrical malfunction and power outage that forced the evacuation of the dormitory.’ In fact, Warren residents were sent text messages via the emergency alert system.
