Boston University’s Charles River Campus closed at 2 p.m. Wednesday due to an impending snowstorm.
Students were notified of the closure in an email sent just after 1 p.m.
All Metropolitan College classes scheduled for Wednesday evening were canceled as well.
In a separate email, BU announced that the Medical Campus would remain open.
The Fitness and Recreation Center will continue to have normal operating hours, although all classes held in FitRec were canceled along with intramural and club sports activities, according to the email.
