The last time Boston University track and field athletes were named First Team All-American in Indoor Track and Field was in 2014 when Rich Peters and Monica Adler were given the nod in the mile. More than a decade later, two Terriers did it again, and then some.

Women’s basketball drops fourth game in a row with 10-point loss to Navy on Boston Public Schools Day

The Boston University women’s basketball team fell 74-64 to Navy off the back of a combined 41 points from Midshipmen guards Zanai Barnett-Gay and Julianna Almeida on Wednesday at Case Gymnasium. The Midshipmen (14-4, 6-1 Patriot League) continue to be on strong form, while the Terriers (7-11, 1-6 PL) extended their losing streak to four.

Bracket Breakdown: UConn takes the title, again

The University of Connecticut Huskies etched their name in history last night, defeating the Purdue Boilermakers by a score of 75-60, and becoming the 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball National Champions. After another dominant tournament performance, the Huskies, who finished with an overall record of 37-3, captured the elusive title of back-to-back tournament champions. UConn is the first team to do so since Florida did it 17 years ago in 2006-2007, joining a list of only eight programs that have repeated as champions.
