Free ice skating at the Frog Pond
Select Thursdays from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m., Frog Pond at Boston Public Garden
Following the success of Skating with Friends, the Boston Public Garden partnered with The Skating Club of Boston to launch Skating at Lunch. For the next three Thursdays, attendees can rent skates and hit the ice for free between 12 to 2 p.m.. Frog Pond Cafe will also offer lunch discounts during free skate.
Free MassArt Art Museum exhibition opening party

MassArt Art Museum welcomes the public to attend Twilight at the MAAM — a free event with complementary drinks and snacks celebrating the opening of three new exhibitions. The new exhibitions include “Masiko Miki: Midnight March,” a collection of felted wool sculptures, “Press & Pull: Two Decades at the Robern Blackburn Printmaking Workshop,” featuring works commemorating the impact and legacy of Robert Blackburn and “Where We Come From,” a lobby installation by Baseera Khan. While the event is free to attend, the museum recommends registering online to reserve a ticket.
Free Berklee showcase at Boston Public Market

Enjoy a night of local live music at the Boston Public Market, featuring performances from Berklee College of Music students and alumni. Admission is free and no registration is required. Seating is first-come, first-served.
Sunday donut tours in Harvard Square
Sundays from 11 a.m. – 12 :30 p.m., Harvard Square
Join Off the Beaten Path for a 90-minute tour around Harvard Square exploring the area’s history and donut shops. The tour will include four stops sampling donuts from around the world with provided beverage pairings.
