The streets of Boston’s Chinatown echoed with the crashes of cymbals and firecrackers at Chinatown’s annual Lunar New Year Parade on Sunday.
A celebration of the Year of the Horse, the parade showcased local martial arts organizations and dance troupes. The colorfully-clad performers set off from Phillips Square, stopping by shops and restaurants. They were met with snowfall and gasps from passersby.
