I love to feel as if I’ve traveled back in time as I walk through different buildings on campus. In fact, I decided to challenge myself to dress to match the styles and eras of BU’s diverse dwellings and truly feel like a time traveler.

Poet Selma Asotić visited the Pardee School of Global Studies for a reading and discussion of her debut poetry collection that emerged from a cross-cultural life between Bosnia and the United States.
Boston University Libraries are looking to change how students view the library and prove that they are not a purely academic space, Kristina Bush, BU’s library experience manager said. Supporting students’ wellbeing and curiosity entails facilitating access to research tools, scholarly experts and citation guides, Bush said. The libraries strive to create a “holistic student experience” that connects students’ academic life with recreational life, she said.
“We’re really connected,” said Manny Cordoba, a BU skater and a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences. “We all talk together and we hang out a lot because we go to skate on all the same spots basically in the city.”
This year is projected to be the warmest or second-warmest year on record. Climate change is expected to affect all areas of the globe, and in some manners, it already has.
BU StuGov spoke with SAO Director John Battaglino and heard Cabinet updates on events such as the upcoming Sustainable Business Week. StuGov also confirmed two representatives for the Boston Intercollegiate Government during its meeting Monday.
A group of BU students is aiming to raise sexual violence awareness through @Campus.Survivors, an Instagram account that shares anonymous sexual violence experiences among college students.
Academic Ask Me Anything Series hosted BU alumnae who shared anecdotes from their own college experiences, and how they helped reach their current positions.
