If you do the required reading and learn the material, you should have nothing to worry about. If you truly don’t know, then it’s best to simply admit that and tell them you will find an answer. Professors appreciate honesty.

If you can’t sufficiently wing it, use the old politician’s trick and answer a completely different question.
