The classic holdover: A spring break away from home

Maybe I’ll wake up without an alarm, make a good breakfast, take a relaxing bath and tick off things from my spring break bucket list. Of course, there will be moments where I’ll wish I was home, but I’ll remind myself that I’ll be okay. And above all, I’ll take it one day at a time.

Drink coffee, economically

Coffee is not only for my 8 a.m., it’s for everyday classes and even the weekends. I may have pretended to be the lady boss walking down Commonwealth Ave. holding a Starbucks cup, and that’s when I knew coffee was a lifestyle — a quite expensive one.

Student-led clothing swap promotes sustainable fashion

Student group “project 70” held its first Fall Clothing Swap Friday and Saturday, melding together issues of sustainability, affordability and body positivity. The event encouraged the Boston University community and the public to donate, take or browse pre-owned clothing.
