The last time the Boston University women’s basketball team faced College of the Holy Cross, the Crusaders ended BU’s dreams of making the NCAA tournament in heartbreaking fashion in the Patriot League Finals.
Holy Cross (14-6, 8-1 Patriot League) proved once again to be a hurdle the Terriers (13-7, 5-4 PL) could not clear. BU lost the Turnpike Trophy matchup 61-50 on Monday afternoon.
