BU mourns custodians’ deaths in the wake of COVID-19

When Boston University custodians Juber Lopez and José Ferreira died in January due to complications from COVID-19, it was a loss for the whole BU community.

BU student, "DJ Zander," performed in the Tsai Performance Center on Friday, but the event wasn’t held in a building. Instead, he played in a Minecraft replica of the auditorium.

Chelsea, Everett, Fall River, Lawrence, Lowell, Lynn, Marlborough and New Bedford will have free testing sites from July 10 to August 14.
