I’m kidding, but it's important to remember why we sometimes make generalizations as a society. Not all bees will sting you, but still we’re scared of bees. We don’t say, “only some bees will sting you”  because that’s a given — it’s redundant. In that same way, no one really means all men are trash. Not all men are the same as Mr. Big.

Fainting incidents aren’t all that uncommon anymore. But were concerts always such high-tension events? In recent years, concert etiquette has declined. There has been a noticeable increase in the amount of attendees fainting and falling ill during concerts following the COVID-19 pandemic.

While some ran laps, students at Boston University and surrounding schools celebrated, not with applause and cheers, but with bottles and booze. April 17 marks another holiday known by most as “MarMon”— an abbreviation for “marathon Monday,” though it mainly describes an all-day drinking fest.
