The important thing is to be mindful, recognizing which parts of your routine work and which need to be improved. Focusing on slow-paced practices can actually lead to a more restful, fulfilling night. A nightly practice of compulsively watching TikToks or Instagram Reels is not a form of rest — it can actually propel the feeling of stress even further. I believe that night routines set the tone for the next day. If we put more intention behind how we spend our nights, we can have more positive days and, thus, more positive lives.
