Weightlifting is more than just an internet obsession, and it shouldn't be limited to just men — especially since women are the most susceptible to experiencing the effects of muscle loss earlier. Choose whatever method of weight training you prefer, but if you want to build lasting muscle and gain some extra skills along the way, consider some free weight training.
