Three American League East teams stared each other down in the 2025 MLB postseason. After dispatching the Boston Red Sox, the New York Yankees advanced to a Division Series matchup with the division-winning Toronto Blue Jays. Baseball is at its best when rivals play to win or go home. And with such high stakes, players in those rivalries, especially rookies, are put to baseball’s ultimate test.
Take one look at each superstar for the Cleveland Guardians and the New York Yankees, and you’ll see a David and Goliath comparison begging to be made.
They’ve known each other since just before their freshman year, but 2013 Boston University alumni Casey Rabin and Andrew Feldman didn’t fall in love until after graduation. Saturday, the two will wed on the BU Beach — the site where they first met.
