I am writing in response to the free-advertisement concerning All Saints’ Day, contained in the Nov. 1 issue of the Daily Free Press (pg. 4). I appreciate the well wishes that The Daily Free Press extended to those who celebrate this memorial. Also, I enjoy a good joke and a humorous quip as much as anyone. But the line referring to All Saints’ Day as a ‘lame sequel’ to Halloween, was neither. It was inappropriate and should not have been published.
