Campus Crime Logs: Sept. 9–13

The following reports were taken from the Boston University Police Department’s crime logs from Sept. 9 to Sept. 13.

Suspicious person at 1 University Rd.

At 7:59 a.m. on Sept. 9,  BUPD responded to a group loitering and disassembling bikes in the parking lot. 

Suspicious person at 765 Commonwealth Ave.

At 7:23 p.m. on Sept. 9, a caller reported concerning activity from a student group. 

Disorderly person at 100 Bay State Rd.

Between 12:20 and 12:25 a.m. on Sept. 10, BUPD responded to two calls about a white male walking down the street without a shirt. The party yelled and threw items at people’s windows. Armstrong Ambulance was on the scene. 

Larceny under $1200 at 610 Beacon St.

At 7:26 p.m. on Sept. 10, a caller at the security desk reported their bike was stolen outside between 4 p.m. on Sept. 9 and 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 10. 

Protestors or public demonstrations at 1 University Rd.

At 6:46 a.m. on Sept. 11, BUPD monitored protestors on the scene. 

Cash or goods obtained fraudulently at 32 Harry Agganis Way

At 4:35 p.m. on Sept. 11, a party walked into the station to report fraudulent emails that occurred between 10:27 a.m. on Sept. 9 and 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 11. 

Assault to commit felony at 925 Commonwealth Ave.

At 11:07 p.m. on Sept. 11, a caller reported she was assaulted by security at Agganis Arena. 

Protestors or public demonstrations at 1 University Rd.

At 6:05 a.m. on Sept. 12, BUPD reported protestors still protesting. 

Theft by false pretenses at 32 Harry Agganis Way

At 5:36 p.m. on Sept. 12, a housing scam was reported. 

Vendor violations at Buick Street & Commonwealth Avenue

At 8:18 p.m. on Sept. 12, BUPD responded to six vendors in the area. 

Drug, possess Class A at 275 Babcock St.

At 2:43 a.m. on Sept. 13, a white male party was taking off his clothes by Nickerson Field. Boston EMS was on scene. There will be a court summons. 

Protestors or public demonstrations at 595 Commonwealth Ave.

At 4:50 p.m. on Sept. 13, a group of about 29 people were moving toward Massachusetts Avenue Bridge.
