Marijuana establishments not allowed to cluster, BPDA says

The Boston Planning and Development Agency voted that retail marijuana stores should have buffer zones to ensure marijuana dispensaries do not cluster neighborhoods on March 15.
In light of an ordinance that creates buffer zones between marijuana dispensaries and that was signed by Boston Mayor Martin Walsh on Monday, public records show that dispensary owner Patriot Care has been donating funds to the campaigns of public officials.
