Campus Crime Logs: Oct. 13-19

The following reports were taken from the Boston University Police Department’s crime logs from Oct. 13 to Oct. 19.

Breaking and entering alarm at 53 Bay State Road

At 8:00 a.m. on Oct. 13, a facilities worker accidentally set off the breaking and entering alarm and was unable to turn it off. Officers were dispatched to verify the incident.

Disorderly person at 278 Babcock St. 

Between 3:45 p.m. and 3:53 p.m. on Oct. 13, two kids on a bike threw something at a facilities truck at Langsam Garage.

Suspicious person at 855 Commonwealth Ave. 

At 3:58 p.m. on Oct. 14, BUPD received an email report of a party possibly camping out in a room inside the College of Fine Arts.

Well-being check at 1 University Road

At 9:21 a.m. on Oct. 15, a caller reported seeing an individual hunched over and surrounded by syringes in the rear lot of BU Academy. 

Non-emergency medical call at 150 Riverway

At 10:22 a.m. on Oct. 17, a caller reported a party suffering from dizziness. Emergency Medical Services were notified and arrived on scene.

Suspicious person at 595 Commonwealth Ave.

At 2:07 p.m. on Oct. 17, a caller reported a party in front of Questrom School of Business harassing people walking by with a video camera.

Well-being check at 923 Beacon St.

At 9:32 a.m. on Oct. 18, BUPD was alerted of a party who had not attended class in October. 

Suspicious person at 120 Ashford St.

At 9:22 p.m. on Oct. 18, BUPD was notified of a white male wearing a white top and jeans attempting to open the doors of the above location. 

Suspicious person at 285 Babcock St.

At 10:05 p.m. on Oct. 18, BUPD was alerted of a white male asking people for foodin the lobby of the building. 

Intoxicated party at 33 Harry Agganis Way

At 1:05 a.m. on Oct. 19, an intoxicated individual was found in the men’s bathroom. EMS was notified.
